at 3:38 can you do turn out with ur leg ? bringing it up past ur side behind your arm instead of in front of you ?
also like u have done it can u un-point ur fioot and get your toe to touch the floor ? :) doing that for 30 secs would be cool xx

The only way to really improve splits is to keep practicing every day. Stretch and keep pushing; not too hard but hard enough to really feel it stretch.

I watched your videos and your pretty good at what you do. how old are you? how long have you been doing gymnastics?

im 22. and i did elite gymnastics for 9 years when i was younger and then quit when i was i think 14. i always loved the sport and always wanted to get back into it but not the degree that i was. promised myself for years that i would go back and try and coach and perhaps toy at the idea of training again and finally at the end of last year i plucked up the courage and thought yep, im ready. Thanks to Chris and Sandy at Funky Moves im having a brilliant time, & having a load of fun.
