i love the last part, how the guy says: '' Spirit of taekwondo, Korea ''

@Xaranthos Are the Hyung the old forms? I trained when I was young, and I later realzed that many of the forms we did were similar to Shotokan karate forms. Our teacher was definitely from the old style, a master in Hapkido too. The new forms that we started learning later on were exactly that --- lacking in power.

@warcrack: There is a reason TKD fighers try to stay on a little distance instead of going in to close ;)
@randomnator: Actualy, ITF is the "true" way, but still, many of the old masters have actualy choosen to go WTF just because of the politics involved in ITF that they did not agree with :)
Many WTF clubs actualy do Hyong isntead of Poomse/tul, as they feel the power is better there, but they just dont want anything to do with ITF :)

@Stumperx not nessisarily. I'm a black belt in TKD and we learned many techniques in punching and protecting our faces. Higher masters don't slap each other when they get too close, they back up just far enough to either throw a punch or kick them, and just so you know, this isn't real Taekwondo. Taekwondo participants don't break 7 boards in one punch let along a brick.

Cara esses coreanos é bem bom caraka mano

@wacrack Look up ITF. THIS Taekwon-Do in this video is not the original. It's the sport orientated version.
What you see here is the WTF.
WTF=Fighting Sport.
ITF=Martial Art.
