  • Great job dude, keep up the good work! i see you're barefoot. Have you looked into Vibram FiveFinger komodo sports? They are perfect for this kind of training, and its like you're just wearing a more athletic foot!

  • @SlipNRip I actually have a few pairs of vibrams, they're great. But for me, you just can't beat barefoot!

  • great exercise, but i looked at howe you perform the swing and you should not look down for starters, it could hurt your neck. and second keep your shoulder tighter together and the most important the kettlebeel should come to about the hights of your shoulders.

    but all the other exercises where performd almost flawlessly. keep it up

  • Im a woman and i use an 8kg bell but just been doin a few things with it like the swings and arm excercises could i do the same as ur doing with it coz i havent been doing it for that long. thanks for the vid

  • I just started doing kettlebell exercises. I'm on the heavy side but I can confidently say that these exercises are great and effective. I've done all of them except the pistol squats (I need to be more fit and I need more exercise). It helped me lose weight and made me stronger. Thanks for sharing these exercises!
