Hey Micheal - Just some ideas as to funding - who is the primary viewer of this film? It would seem given all the issues for gay students that it might fit into an educational niche at least for funding. That age group needs awareness most of all - I would guess there is funding with nonprofits and support groups. A young audience would benefit the most from your story. This is your first film of many get the first one under your belt - it is clear you have excellent thoughts to share

Great topic!! Escaping the closet is such a common thread that we all have. I have a friend who just came out last year at age 52. He was married and has four adult children. He is sooo happy now. Good luck with the movie.

I never do anything like this because i'm a greedy teenager and i rarely share my money. But watching short films about gay topics is what made me accept myself for being gay. I cannot wait to see how this turns out. I donated 10$, i hope that's worth something ;) -Hector
