Video Production for Osiris Marine Exhibition
Osiris marine, founded in 1996, are specialists in offshore wind farm installations and cabling services.
The client contacted us to discuss an upcoming exhibition they would be a part of, BWEA31, and their desire to have a video playing on two large televisions as part of the exhibition stand. The video would attract people attending the exhibition and would promote the new Seaeye ROV machine they were providing.
No filming would be necessary for the video as it would be mainly image based, with the only footage being used from the ROV machine in action underwater to demonstrate its capabilities. A storyboard was created, planning the video and content. Once approved by the client, editing began.
Footage of the ROV machine was sent to us from the client and photos previously used on the client website were included in the video. An animated background was used throughout, providing the illusion of being underwater, bubble effects were also used to emphasize this.
Our graphic designers created image content for the video, including a banner which tied in with the style and colour scheme of the client website. Stock music was purchased which finalised the video, ready for display on the exhibition stand.
A final high definition render was made and tested on the two HD televisions. After client approval, it was ready for use.
Kangaroo Media also provided a camera crew at the BWEA exhibition, providing coverage of the event and capturing the success of the Osiris exhibition we helped put together.
