What a still tremendous joy to hear how every instrument fits into the other ,and
overall make that giant puzzle. I always loved Genesis from when I was 14 at school till the 52 of today. Guess it's too late to try and sell me better music !

It's hard to hear in this video, but in the heaviest, fastest parts, Phil Collins is playing a double bass drum pattern with a single foot and single bass pedal!! Just amazing... what a drummer he was...

Hard to hear?? Dude this is the most crisp live version of the Musical Box iv ever heard. The recording is remastered and flawless LOL get some Q-tips:D

Wait - Tony Banks on the GUITAR??? (0:36) I never, ever knew that he EVER played guitar with the band on anything... didn't know he knew how the play the guitar. Learn something new every day, and I've been a fan of this band since the 70's! Thanks for the amazing video!

no prob>. i ripped it off someone else but still its a perfect quality vid of an old genesis tv performance.. and yes tony banks is playing the guitar. Such great musicians like that you dont find nowadays..

Banks not only played 12 string on earlier albums but also wrote guitar pieces for the three man line up. A lot of earlier Hackett/Banks duo's plays out his understanding of guitar. He commented that while he can do a lot with keyboards, he is always amazed at the sounds he can make with the guitar.
