This interview was from 10 years ago, close enough for when the interview aired that everybody watching knew how popular Seinfeld was. In the mid-2000's, Seinfeld was still fresh on everyone's minds, the DVDs were being released, it was on all the time in Syndication, anyone who watched TV at all knew how popular Seinfeld was.
