It's actually an MXR 100----like an MXR-90, but with speed control. Eddie Van Halen uses the MXR 90

@bretoff I think it's an MXR Phase 90. It was used quite extensively on the Some Girls album (particularly "Just My Imagination", the title track, and "Shattered").
