  • LOL I love the one girls reaction,"Everyday..wait NOOOOOOOO!" xD I laughed so hard

  • not okay to punish a whole country for the close-mindedness of some government officials refusing to acknowledge, at the very least, mercury poisoning data.

Also: Although killing cows, pigs, and chickens is more accepted and less harmful to species population and human health, the way in which we (particularly the USA) systematically kills these animals brought up underdeveloped & overweight in tiny cages, pumped full of hormones and special feeds and everything else, is no less sad to me.

  • westners used whale just for as fuel other part was abandoned. we japanese used them various ways :as food, artificial tools which are musical instrument, smoking pipe,as a matter of fact we used up whales with thankfulness for this creature.we have shrine for whale.we human beings have to eat to live.culture is different.

  • I had whale sashimi in Japan just to try it. It tasted like, well a whale, cold, dense and fatty. Nothing special.

  • I've eaten whale, really didn't think it tasted nice, had a hard time swallowing it.

  • @waterbobejaan But all the tasty animals are endangered :C

  • damn im a new zealander with arm tattoos.......im screwed then if i travel to japan,

their gonna think im a criminal

  • the biggest problem is tuna.

i'm not gonna hate japan or japanese people for it, but i think it's wrong to keep eating so much of it knowing that the tuna is endangered.
