  • This is great! I'm laughing my ass of seeing you making a daft punk classic in seconds XD

  • @drx44 high laugh

  • How could I do this in fl studio?

  • @2theothers2 yes ! before ableton, i was on FL Studio : use the slicer.

  • it sort of says "Being Survive ooh Being Strong Too Late." But more like "bein' -ive ooh bein' -ong (sound)" though. (Thanks to epixxx95 for the "bein" part.)

  • @2theothers2 same way. use the slicer tool and slice the right parts

  • You forgot "the beat is..."

  • I just want to know is how the heck Daft Punk got their samples.

Like, were these songs even *popular*? Or is that the point?? [They used just, stuff they could easily use.]

Either way: awesome job! That sounds so perfect, although the second instrumental clip seems to kind of go down a note in "High Life".

    Well done!!

  • @2theothers2

as Ibonnaz pointed out use the slicer, and use the piano roll to play certain bits of the sample, or you just chop it it up in edison and resample it

  • @drx44 daft punk is all about the bassline. they sit on it for days.. that's why they'r songs are so legendary

  • @Tomasin19 how?

  • daft punk are awsome for sampling this, as are you ibonnaz for recreating it so accurately!!

  • @drx44 he had trained it really often before his big moment...

it is just the loop extracted. But daft punk found it, he just extract it. wow....

  • Great!
