【材料】:豆腐皮3張、絞肉半斤、茡薺5粒、蛋1顆、芥蘭菜1把、蔥1支、薑2片、醬油1大匙、糖1小匙、酒1/3小匙、太白粉1小匙、麵粉水1小碗、鹽1小匙
【做法】:
1茡薺拍碎成末、芥蘭菜切段備用。
2絞肉放入茡薺末、全蛋、醬油、鹽、蔥末、太白粉拌到出筋。
3把豆腐皮一切為三包入肉餡、捲成長條狀備用再用麵糊水封口,放在已抹油的平盤中、移入蒸鍋蒸八分鐘。
4鍋中加油放入芥蘭菜、再放入水、鹽、酒、炒熟後擺盤。
5利用餘油放入薑片,再放入蒸好的肉包子、醬油、水蓋上鍋蓋燜煮入味後,即可擺盤完成「肉包子」。
