LNER 4492 Dominion of New Zealand (60019 Bittern) at Coates and Sapperton 07/07/2011

On the 7th July, Bittern disguised as Dominion of New Zealand, took a trip to Cardiff via the Golden Valley and Gloucester, here we see her at Coates in the morning running 6 mins early and Sapperton on the return.

Very good clips, especially for sound. Sapperton was excellent especially as you braved such appalling weather. Well done on keeping the camera rolling after DNZ had passed you at Sapperton as you got superb sound. Very good. I filmed DNZ at Clapham Junction. The wind took some of the sound away so it's not as good as yours but I'd appreciate a look. Your vid is a like but it deserves better.

Thanks for the kind comment, yea thought id leave it running as i know there are plenty of footpath crossings are ahead so lots of whistling will be heard and the smoke gave a spooky effect as it slowly disappered

She was certainly going well up the bank, although she did have a slight slip when she got to the tunnel
