Nah, just google it online, and download it. SL is free -- but if you want a home, you need to buy land, and that's not free. I use paypal. :)

Emo, over here, we could rent houses for a small sum if one cant afford a plot of land. There's even some places where you can join groups who'd give you a house for free :)
