HERE IS MY CYCOREFX FOLDER WITH CC SNOW INSIDE OF IT! SIMPLY PUT IT HERE: C:/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe After Effects CS4/Supported Files/Plug-ins/Effects (The entire CycoreFX folder, and restart AAE CS4)
