i know that there's no one as amazing as sutton, but i saw this on broadway with a different actress (mara davi) and she was far better than whoever this girl is. she's so boring!

The vinyl is in MINT condition, and has no trace of the real Broadway cast or the man in chair but the fictional 1928 cast to recreate the record as accurately as possible. I like that she's not Sutton. I like that she did her own thing. Sutton is not going to be in every production of this show and that is what is so special about theatre is each role is open for interpretation of the actor cast.
I thought this girl was great, she did her own thing with the song and the musicality of it. :) I enjoyed it.
