Here's my take on the early '80s doomsday saying song by Rush. It's one of the few songs by them that I don't like. But.. for the sake of completion and because the drums are cool, I figured I would do it.

Agree on the lyrics, but I think the tune itself has merit. The drums are excellent on it.

I was quite sober when I made that comment. I'm a huge Rush fan, don't mistake me, but I despise "Grace Under Pressure", barring 2 or 3 tracks. The rest of it blows, IMO.

There are two reasons I don't like this song -- 1) it was produced at the HEIGHT of video and the video ran relentlessly on muchmusic/mtv for a year and 2) the lyrics are trite and misinformed.
Other than that, it does freakin rock!

I control the computer program which records the audio/video. After the song, I just hit "close" to stop the recording.

Do you write lyrics too??? Has Neil ever had any contact with you or has he seen any of this? Just a couple questions from a new subscriber. I'm watching too many of your videos and my wife is freaking out about it. Does your wife freak out?

I do not write lyrics, except for shits and giggles.
