Shot in and around Millersburg, Ohio.
September and October 2007.

Quality is lacking due to how many times it had to be compressed to fit onto youtube.

Shot in standard definition on a Sony HDR-FX and edited in Final Cut Pro.

Music by:
The Cinematic Orchestra feat. Patrick Watson

  • why did you shoot it in standard definition

  • I shot all the footage in standard definition because it was required for a college project that had to do with a certain poem that the professor picked, which I disliked. I finished the project, but I didn't really like it, so I took the footage and made a video I was more pleased with.

  • @Vashed555 Shut up, do you even live in millersburg?! you are thinking of berlin.

  • Wow. Very well made video. My girlfriend and I are going to Millersburg to stay in a cabin on Friday, November 13th. She made the reservations a few weeks ago and it kind of left my mind. Seeing this video and hearing the great music just got me excited again. Thanks for a great video. When I get time I will definitely check out more of your work.

  • Thanks -- I love this, and Patrick Watson is superb!

  • I love this video- the music, the scenery, everything. It's so relaxing! Awesome job, Joe!

  • the music is Patrick Watson, he is a genius

  • the music is canadian! but yes you do live in a beautiful country

  • This was amazing! This is just as I remember the Millersburg area being, the last and only time I was there about 2 years ago, with my girlfriend at the time... who I am still very much in love with. I guess that is why this really got me... it reminded me of her and our first vacation together. Thank you so much for posting this...it was amazing, and took me back!

  • ooh that was soooo beautiful!
