Lets Play Pokemon Silver! Part 44: Always preferred Legendary Hamsters anyway! Catching Raikou!

Hey there everybody! Off the back of our success at the Whirl Islands with Lugia, we try our luck with the only Legendary Gerbil we've seen, Raikou! I track him down to a patch of grass just south of Ecruteak and have a right old luck fest with him! Eventually though he gives up and we catch the Raikou! That day I got myself a headache, eye ache and a Raikou! Great day! Enjoy!

Remember! Raikou (or any Gerbil) will change route every time you do so its more a game of luck when it comes to catching it! Just make sure you have a hypnosis user! Jynx or Haunter/Gengar are your best bets!

I don't understand your statement about not liking the Generation ll because they introduced roaming Pokemon, I mean they would've come sooner or later. So, why not sooner?

@FreeCpRareAccounts1 :P Well in my eyes they didnt need to come at all. I dislike roaming Pokemon in this game simply because its too difficult to find them and its not true difficulty. Its not like I've been given a clue as to where they are and I couldnt find em, its all luck. The difficulty comes from their random roaming patterns and random locations. In other games, its a lil better coz they follow a better pattern. In this game though, its horrid. and theres 3 of em!

@princesswolf41988 I state my issues in the game but basically I despise them for making raikou suicune and entei so annyingly tough to catch. First you have no idea where they are, they are always moving and when you do find them, you need hypnosis/mean look to have a chance of capture. Even if you have those moves, if u are slower, they run anyway!
