The problem is not where the money is going (unless you count the not paying taxes part) .
The structure is legal.
The only issue MIGHT be is if they lied about the structure. But proving that they lied will get (has gotten) no place.

CoS was refused religious status in Canada due to their illegal little machinations that were proved by the OG.
Now Germany has refused them. England could well be next and the USA thereafter.

Okay I have to say that I have not looked at thru the lens of a lawyer. My understanding is that everything with the "structure" is legal. I am not saying it is right or that laws don't need to be changed the point of this video however is that legal or not the fact that Scientology is not a sound philosophy or science should be enough to "wake people up".

I agree with you that any organizations that claims to have "all the answers" is a setup for abuse.
However, if the philosophical concept of "soundness" was enough--there would be very few religions, or corporations for that matter, left on the planet ;)

If Jesus or Buda for example kept better notes that might be the case. They did not make claims of things that could happen before death. They did not attempt, to my knowledge the explanation of a soul for example, and make claims of how it can be measured on earth.
IF they where false prophets they did their business before we could keep good records of their deeds.
First hand accounts of the corruption of Jesus no longer exist if they ever did. We can't even prove Jesus EVER existed.
