Mississippi was a senate seat D's were hoping to flip in order to get to 60 seats in the senate. Their defeat in Ole Miss was big.

5:08. US House Alabama. it says Parker Griffith. The Dem was Parker Griffith, Rep was Wayne Parker. Dem won, but a-hole switched to Rep in Dec. '09

4:35. Darn, Texas for McCain. Obama cam within 900,000 votes of taking Texas. Pretty close. Not Clinton close, but close. Good News, they did not call TX right away.

After what happened in 2010, Texas will go blue in 2016 or 2020. I had hopes for 2012 as well, but it just won't happen.....yet.....

The Mississippi Senate race was a big Senate race? Gez! Small minded FOX News! I never thought a Democrat getting beat in the a traditionally red state was really a big deal. But obviously FOX News seems to the only source that reaches the point of orgasim over things that are really not that big at all.
