Twisted Metal Head On Extra Twisted Edition - (TMHO) Cousin Eddy boss fight

My strategy for the top hillbilly was to freeze and use Flak. It was a safe method for me since I sometimes had trouble killing the Top Hillbilly with Napalms. In this case, when I only had enough energy for a Freeze I ultimately went to use Napalms. And I managed to hit them for once!

Typical strategy is to use Homing Missiles on the ATVs, freeze Cousin Eddy then MG + Power Missile the hillbillies while he is frozen. You should be able to get away while taking relatively little damage. CE himself is easy, he has a life bar of 100 points which is sad given his size. Power Missile spam while he's right next to you. He'll spam his special but it won't send you at a distance. Use shields if necessary.
