This was the only team with a winning record the Sooners played all season. And they almost beat them to end the streak that day.

I think it was the next to last game. It was played in November on a raw day. I know the season ended with a win over Oklahoma A&M, now Oklahoma State University. BTW, there was no bowl game for the Sooners since they had played in one the season before.

Number 36. It's the game where CU was up 19-6 at the half and Wilkinson told the team "The players before created the great tradition of Oklahoma. They wore those jerseys. You don't deserve to wear them. Take them off." Then right before it was time to go back out, he said "Nobody in this stadium believes you can win this game. Except me." Bud was teh win.
