Titan theft

Damn straight.
What the post says but doesn't show due to fail:
'So I would like to discuss in a constructive manor how goonfleet membership feel about one of their legendary hero's SUAS (shutupandshave/kiatolon) being kicked from goonfleet and leading to his bannishment and him aquiring a titan.

For those who dont know suas wrote all the songs that where great morale boosters for goonswarm and since his departure from the game after the Delve siege goonswarm has gone down hill. It is said his departure was due to Darius becoming CEO and not suas.

A bit of the background story behind the titan that was stolen, this was the titan that was origonally stolen by goonfleet leadership after the accusation of a GF director being a spy. Based on the 7 quotes I pasted on COAD it was obvious that it was this character and could not be anyone else in directorship! He had an Erebus in build which was going to be sold to theadj ( haha dude sux 2 b u )

I can only assume they are selling it to create a reseve as goonswarm are swimming in isk after losing the entire region of Esoteria to STAINWAGON (SUPERFRIENDS) which had a monthly income of around 160b ISK.

Could we discuss who would have been a better CEO and how this will effect the large alliance called goonswarm in a constructive and mature manor the way CAOD was meant to be used for.'

Funnily enough EVE and everything in it is the property of the developers, you do not "own" a titan (or anything else in the game) you just get exclusive access to it within the game according to the TOS.

So "Stealing" a titan is not RL theft since the EVE developers still "own" the titan regardless of who has control of it within the game.

So in a strictly legal sense it is not theft, and the only thing you can do is retaliate in-game.

@Thalario Alright, listen. If you read the comment list, it shows I replied to guy who thinks that gran theft is only for GTA, not real life, or EVE Online. I was telling him what it meant. I could care less about how much the titan is worth, I already knew that, been playing for a while. If you were to actually read what I wrote, who I wrote it to, who that guy wrote whatever he wrote it to, you wouldn't have had to write that somewhat long comment of yours.

Just to highlight how blind you are.
