So Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon get their own states after the Caliphate, even the mainly European Jewish colonists got a slice (of Palestine), but Palestinians, the indigenous population, shouldn't? When the land has been known as Palestine for centuries, not Egypt or Jordan. Israel occupied most of it in war, and never left - against Geneva Convention. UN 181 called for 2 states, 194 for the Palestinian refugees to be allowed back, 465/681 for settlements to be dismantled, etc, etc.

Why does he not show the 1947 map of Israel as defined by the UN (resolution 181)? Because it would show he is wrong - that's why!
(He's wrong on filmology too - he confuses Laurence Olivier with Lawrence of Arabia!)

He didn't mention that the "Transjordan" given to the Hashemites was part of the land promised to the Jews in the Balfour Declaration, consisting of 75% of the promised land.
