Les Exclusifs de Chanel No. 22 - Perfume/Fragrance Review

This is my take on Chanel No. 22 Eau de Toilette from Les Exclusifs line (2007). I know, it's a giant bottle and expensive... but is so worth it. Enjoy!

I enjoyed this SO much! "Churchy" frankincense is hard often. I like "difficult to wear" scents ie. Mitsouko (v archaic in diff way) & No.5 and see them as a challenge - me too, I taught myself to appreciate them. Luv the vampiress! So many people hate #5 as it reminds them of a bad woman in their life, such a shame! I love the burst of aldehydes & missed it in my flirtation w/ #5 Eau Premiere. If this has vanilla in... I cannot wait to be able to try this, you're very lucky. Upload again soon!

@daisynation thanks! I used to hate No.5 with passion, but it has been my mum's signature and now I associate No.5 with my mum and soon I began to like it. I only wear the edt version of it, but occasionally. I find No. 22 to be sweeter than No.5 and even more aldehydic (if that's even possible))

@domperrier lucky you! The parfum is said to be better than the newer No.22 edt, and I was told it's more incensy.

I have an ounce of the old parfum concentration,whose aldehydes have fizzed off over the years, but it's a beautiful vetiver-incense-vanilla type smell. Gorgeous!
