I have been watching your clips and your musical knowledge is very good. The only anomaly I was aware of in Thank You For the Music was the backing singers holding on "singing" for too long in the final chorus. I love ABBA so I think your series is very good and informative. George,12.

At 2:56 you can hear an extra instrument in background for a second or so.

I spotted it on the GHV2 CD.

It's heard both in stereo and OOPS, a bit better in OOPS. It's in center and buried deep in the background mix. Listen carefully and you be able to spot it.

I allow myself always to be "captivated" as you say by the music. I would not analyse ABBA's music to the extent that I do I if I wasn't captivated first and foremost. If you watched the intro to this series you'd understand the reason why I made it. My life is spent having emotional experiences from music - little else enraptures me so much and that includes Nov 10th 79 at Wembley. Take the anomalies in the good spirit I intended them to be.

Hi, and I say this with my fully respect towards your theoretical knowledge in music.

I think you miss out the true experience of music by analyze it to that extent you do. Music is first and foremost an emotional experience, wich you can't grade, measure or analyze from an intellectual point of view. Listen to it., allow yourself to be captivated by it or not, and leave it to that.
