This video is a tribute to Derrick Rose as the Chicago Bulls end their 2008 - 2009 series in Boston's TD Banknorth Garden with a loss in the first round of the 2009 Playoffs to the defending World Champions, the Boston Celtics. The Chicago Bulls went 41 - 41 this season under Rookie Head Coach Vinny Del Negro. They went 28 - 13 at home and 13 - 28 on the road to take the 7th seed in the Eastern Conference going into the playoffs. The series ended up to be one of the most phenomenal series in NBA history; involving 7 games, 7 overtime periods in 4 games: 2 single, 1 double and a triple overtime. Game 6 proved to be the most exciting with the triple overtime, and it boasts to have set the national cable-television ratings record of any NBA first round playoff game with an audience of over 2.6 million Chicago residents alone. Despite the enormous efforts from the young bulls, they fall in the end to the defending champs. 2009 - 2010, watch out, the Chicago Bulls will come out strong with their young leader, Derrick Rose.
