@LeuilaNisau He has not revealed his bankai yet. This is his shikai in its second stage. He calls it by another name to irritate it so it only releases partway.

@Skypalladin Kubo's recently revealed Yumichika does have bankai, it's just that Kubo hasn't decided whether or not he should let it appear in the story.
