@mustspeak maxewellstrengthcond and naka athletics channels are both excellent for bodyweight / callisthenics exercises. Master your body first and then adding resistance will become a lot easier.
This is great. I've been down and out for years with a back injury (never dreamt I would be so out of shape and depressed) and am putting together a fitness plan. I want to go mostly calisthenics with dumbells as necessary. Anyway, I was looking for good lower body moves and this will be great.

@milutinicus cheerleaders are actually hardcore atheletes. Also they get injured more frequently and more seriously than pro sports players, because of all the extreme flips they do in the air.
This exerciese is part of PT in Serbian army and is called Lizard flight. Yes, it's very demanding. I loughed when I learned you Americans call it cheerleader jump. ITs degrading for a such an excelent exercise.
