  • this looks good but just wondering could you use other fruits?

  • @psychogypo Yes, you certainly can use any fruits you like - strawberries, peaches, oranges, etc. if you'd like to do a double layer sorbet with different flavours, freeze the bottom layer and then add the second layer for further freezing!

  • Can you use the same water to boil the apples in, to make the liquid part of the recipe?

  • Yes you can! Simply pour it through a sieve first.

  • how much is 200g of sugar?

  • 200g equals 0.44 pounds or 7 ounces. Don't worry about getting it exact.

  • @veganfuture thank you so much for your reply, need to give it a try soon.

  • I love this song but I've never heard this version of it before. I was too busy dancing to watch the video!

  • Love the presentation at the end!

  • lovely presentation, looks so good!

  • absolutely inedible, you cannot make sorbet by freezing fruit syrups

  • Yummy! I love sorbet!! This looks really good. Sometimes I just buy high quality apple juice and freeze it in ice cube trays. Then I pop the cubes out and just put a bunch of them into the blender at the proper speed for just a couple of seconds and it's delicious!!! It's quick and easy too!! :)) 5 stars!! Take care, Kim
