Funny that you should say that, because I just finished making my new lego batman movie, which I will be posting tomorrow. But I have a short trailer up right now.

I used Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 (it's kind of like a photoshop program) to warp the mouth and make images of it open, closed, laughing, ect... Then after I made all the images I simply played them all in order at fast speed on Windows Movie Maker.

I would think so. I think photoshop has more built in it then my program, and if you can put the images together as a video on something like Windows Movie Maker, then it would work.
