Don Imus has a history of making negative comments about black people specifically black women-Yes Imus got the word (Ho which is short for whore)from listening to bm, But I have to ask "Did that make it right?" Then again you people don't have moral values yourselves.

Pookie I'm not defending Imus. From what i gather Imus is generally an asshole. I saw him on Larry King and by the way he treated his wife i thought he was an asshole then. I was perplexed by the public's outrage and his termination over using the word ho since it is such a common word now in society. Espcially since we LAUGH at Chris Rock who makes tons of racial jokes about both black and white. (he said a bm cant be VP cause he wud jst shoot the pres) = FUNNY. Imus was just being funny too.

Imus was quoting from a Spike Lee movie, its no big deal. Its still offensive, but all radio hosts are and the door should swing both ways. Nevertheless, it seems to be the "in thing" that Imus could be secretly racist, and thats why a lot of people try and watch for things like this to see if it'd turn out to be true. Also I wonder if the powers that be were already looking for a way to get rid of him (age) but were contractually obligated otherwise and could not do it without a scandal.

Not all black people use the word ho. What you see on tv and hear in music about black people is not how it is. And no we don't say "nappy headed ho". I've never heard THE BLACK PEOPLE call a woman "Nappy" or "Ho" in real life, and I am in high school. I respect black women, unlike Don Imus. Sorry but you can't just go by music. Try actually associating with us, and you'll see were not animals. Oh and I've heard PLENTY of white songs that are DIRTY AND NASTY. TRY LADA GAGA AND EMINEM.
