In this video I show you you how to get Youtube HD on Windows Movie maker for Vista only. All you need is a movie file.

If I can get the new version of movie maker for XP I shall put a link here in the description. Please don't keep asking me to get one, if I can't find it then I'm sorry.

Please don't comment about
- HD button not coming up
- Not working in XP

If you comment about the above then your comment shall be removed. Because you haven't paid attention to the description or the video which just shows you have no interest.

Q&A

Q: Does it matter how long the video is
A: Of course not, if your planning to upload to Youtube then try and keep it under 10 minutes.

Q: Why does it take so long to publish the movie
A: Varies by length. I can't give an answer since I didn't make the software

Q: What web-cam do you use
A: I'm using my Laptop's built in Web-cam

Q: How long will the HD button take to show up
A: Depends on how long the videos are, generally the longer the video the more time it takes for the HD button to appear.

Q: Why is this for Vista only
A: Because you can only get the HD settings in the Vista Version of movie maker.

  • No 480??

  • @m3gaG 480 is not HD.

  • Why does it say upload aborted when i didn't shut off my computer or link, why do some uploads work and others dont. Also I find it easier to load the default setting versus the 720p

  • I wouldn't know. It's down to YouTube to fix the problem.

  • You probably like English football

  • Nope is crap.
