(not B+C) all character will be making a grab action + attack once but did not really exert the effact to harm the target , then press back/front + B
you can practice that in VS mode with 1p 2p
However , in actual comat , enemy's movements is very difficult to grasp what they are doing? are they in a daze or not ?

i disagree. panther's unblockable lunging special is the best move in the game, making him better. furthermore, his neutral special gives him ridiculous invincibility. panther > sarah

You admit you use TAS as a premise. This is good. Many people don't do that.

Using TAS to create video does not guarantee the creation of a good video nor does it necessarily dispense the ability of the player (new facilities bring up enhanced challenges)...
