I am an Indian Youth. Unless INDIANS become ASHAMED of themselves first, we cannot get rid of the corruption .. small things matter like bribing a cop, breaking red light, using contacts .. its sad .. but slowly and surely we HAVE to get rid of it .. somehow .. GOOD LEADERS to elect .., today i just cant vote for ANY leader as none is honest and non corrupt..Let people with proper degree in politics stand for elections. Or put IIT and IIM people there..WORLD POWER IN 5 YEARS THEN UNCHALLENGED.

India is truly a great nation, all indians should be proud of their roots. Even though we have many flaws, some are still taking a stance to develop the country, we have come very far, very fast since 1947. Given the time it took other countries, in years to come, India will be grown of a great free enterprise and capitalistic economy strengthened by it's traditions and culture.

@jd123131 No, the indian economy is very strong, it's the infrastructure which is the problem. The systems through which india works is the problem. And solutions are not easy to find, but we all can help in one way or another. As far as population goes, india is not the only overly populated country, many countrys in africa, and asia are 5 times smaller than india and their population to size ration is pretty much the same as india but they are prospering. We need to help develop.
