The guy doing squats reminds of me Screech from Saved By The Bell.

You guys might think I'm a pussy but I only do 70 LBS on this exercise. It feels great and I never snap my shit up.
-
I assume those wrist things are to make you lift purely with your shoulders instead of placing forearms into it?
-
If 220lbs requires hooks on shrugs for this guy, something tells me he has the grip of a gay golfer.
-
@warney77 fuck that guy, he's probably already dead.
-
4 years and you still look like that? Maybe if you concentrated on form you would have better muscle development.
-
3 things about this video:
1 - your form on shrugs is awful.. drop the weight dickwod.
2 - the face you pull before each shrug looks like the kind of face you would pull if you've just soiled your pants
3 - the guy doing squats behind you = lulz
-
Dude, even for your bodyweight, that stuff is light. Ditch the hooks and improve your form. You are going about this wrong.
-
I have tried it your way in the past. You can get hurt. You can pull muscles jerking it the way you do. You have been lucky.
-
who man that twitch you do at the start of the movement is defiantly going to get you injured and u would be better off doing it with d/b's so you get better range of movment and your shoulders are peeled back not forward. you should be sticking out your cheast. but in all fairness you were good with the negitives.
inta.. the next time you see that guy attempting squats behind you can you help him out.. he's going to 45 degrees off parallel.. with no strain so its unlikely to be partials..

Funny I hear that quite often yet I have not been injured in over 4 years. Define form - are you referring to the textbook definition of each exercise - just because I don't waste my time with stanadard B/B training doesn't mean my form is poor - try it my friend.

This doesn't look like much weight (around 220lbs?) but it looks like he's about to die from them. Are these hooks even helping?

hmm, I weigh 154 llbs - I'm lifting 220 llbs so that's 1.42 x body weight - so dying not quite - tired - yes ;-), after doing about 4 other heavy compound exercises that day. I use the hooks only on the heaviest & yes they do help - period!
