Hi, so many of you have been waiting for a comprehensive abs workout video where I perform the exercises right along with you to motivate you and help you maintain proper form. Well, I'm happy to say, it's here. This challenging abs toning exercise and workout video will give you a firm toned flat stomach. You will develop a strong stable core for overall greater fitness and defined oblique (side abs) muscles for that thin waist v-shape look. I motivate you step by step through my entire routine. I developed this routine after my first child was born to get my stomach back into shape and now I use it to maintain my flat stomach. It will keep you moving and motivated and it definitely works! I am proof of that....No special equipment is needed; just a mat to lie on to cushion your back if you have a hard floor. Most abs workout videos don't have enough of a workout to really get your muscles working, but this one surely does!   • @962bex Hi, the planks do because they engage your quadricep muscles, but mostly these exercises focus on your abs. I have quite a few videos uploaded to help you tone and shape your thighs. Please go to my channel to check them out. Ballet helps tone your abs and strengthen your core.

  • hi... thanx 4 your reply.. i did this workout 4 abs, but i feel much pain while doing it in my belly muscles so i take a break for 10 to 15 seconds.foe example you do a workout 30 times continuously but i take a break after 15 times and then continue it. is this ok?

  • @maryakhalid3 You never mentioned whether you had a child or not, but if you do, you want to be sure you check your abdomen for a diastasis rect split before you begin any abs routine. To learn more about this, please see my video on diastasis recti.

  • How do I get my neck to relax during the sit-ups and crunches? I think my neck may be tense beacuse i dont have the right form, but my neck is holding my head up and that takes strenght. So I was just wondering if you had any tips for that?
