WHAT A BRILL TIME The 60's were just starting and it was magic to live through. The pirates and Caroline, all day music.Summers which seemed hot with parties and fun fun. Why did it end. They seemed simple times. No terrorism like today, No wags, overpaid footies, crazy bankers, girls and boys who drink to much. Oh we drank but we handled it so much better. Drugs, well i never saw any. I am 61 and I find myself reflecting on these times more and more. Oh if I could go back and have the energy.

@TheDavidjoy Its nice to see your comments and also those of many more.We all say the same things.Im 67 but still 20 at heart and like you remember those days.You cant put words together to try to explain the feelings deep inside the old memory banks. Long live the 60s and all who sailed in her.

john leyton was no less than a genius, his singles were amazing, listen to that slightly off key piano, priceless, were the tornado's backing him on this.... punkle kevin xx
