Welcome to a special SUPER SIZED episode of "The One Pot Chef" :)

Easy Beef Lasagne is a simplified, pantry-friendly version of the classic Italian dish. A meaty tomato sauce is combined with pasta and a deliciously creamy Béchamel cheese sauce to create a fantastic family favourite.

This version uses many pantry based ingredients, but their fresh alternatives can be substituted if you desire.

  • Is it okay if i substitute the beef w chicken? Cos I can't eat beef =_="

  • @daringal1 Yes, that's fine ;)

  • First of all, I want to say that I love your videos! But I have a bit of a, um... culinary handicap, if you will, and I was wondering if you have any suggestions that would help me. You ready for this?... I absolutely hate onions. But it's not the flavor I hate, it's the texture! Even chopped up really tiny. But everything worth cooking calls for onions! Is there any way to get the flavor without the texture? I would appreciate any advice.

  • @alainamilare Try putting the onions in a food processor until they are a fine puree. The onion should then mix in to the mixture without any lumps. All the flavour, none of the texture ;)

  • @maxpein0 never trust a skinny cook, max. additionally, saying "no offense" after saying something really offensive doesn't absolve you of the remark.

  • i have a question, i absolutely LOVE cheese in lasagna so could i throw a thin layer of shredded cheese on top of each meat sauce layer?
