Lord Kinnock is introduced by Steve Pound MP and the Prime Minister Gordon Brown presents Kinnock with the Fenner Brockway medal - for improving relations between India and the UK. Taken on April 22 2008 at the Washington hotel in Mayfair. Annual lunch of the labour Friends of India, hosted by Saffron Chase.

  • Did he just say 'fellow parliamentarians' ! He is a digusting EU commissioner - not elected!! There stands a man who has betrayed his welsh roots and moreover the United Kingdom. 'Lord' Kinnock could float a hot air balloon with his drivel.
