Also, I'm no hawk, I'm a Libertarian. While the 2 main political parties voted to go to Iraq and Afghanistan, we protested against it the entire time! We also want to withdraw the troops from the hundreds of bases in foreign nations. We are the true party of peace. Get a clue man, it's been clear from the start that you don't have any idea what you're talking about.

Jeez man, you need to calm down. Communism? Seriously? He is trying to shrink the public sector, that is the OPPOSITE direction from communism. And about the military, everyone in it is there because it is worth their while, that's simply a fact. And what the hell are you doing by asserting that I claimed to be a war hero? I mentioned my military experience specifically because you claimed I was being unfair to the military, but that doesn't make sense seeing as how I'm PART of it.

You're not making any sense. The entire reason why Christie mentioned "fairness" was because people were saying his cuts were unfair. He is defending himself from this nonsensical assertions a about what is fair and what isn't, he isn't trying to push on people what is fair and what isn't. What he's doing is balancing the budget, his cuts were very minimal, widely dispersed, and as painless as possible.

And I don't even get where you're going with this military stuff.

When people like christie get into the fair/unfair and start picking winners and loser and make it personal. what awards did you get for you 19 months in Iraq, I'm sure your just a war hero. Don't ride the true valor of people who fight in Iraq to looking for wmd. It' saddnes me to see you ride out a free eduation while you shit on fellow soldiers.

Lol, I'm a US Marine, I served in Iraq for 19 months. I did so voluntarily.

And if public school teacher's aren't getting paid enough, then tell them to find a different line of work. That's how supply and demand works. The fact that there is NOT a shortage of public school teachers is proof, actual REAL proof, they they aren't being offered too little.

All you have is some personal and nonsensical opinion about what is fair and unfair, it has nothing to do with actual reality.

Then say it only fair, that we cut pay for people in the public teachers based on what is fair for some other person. How about you get in on some of this fairness. Disagreeing over what is "fair" has nothing to do with lying. That's called an opinion, and differing opinions are not lies. What CAN be considered "a bold faced lie" is your assertion that he took a 35 day vacation after this speech unless you prove it's true. I can't find anything about a vacation anywhere near that long.

Also, how is it unfair that only 1% is fighting the Iraq war? We have a volunteer military, if they don't think its fair, they just wouldn't join.

@Aliothemage "fair" did you even look at the time post? Why does Christie think he can judge what is fair? My proof is simple. Is it fair that only 1% of America is fighting the war in Iraq. I don't agre with Christie version of the word fair, after he takes a month off after on speech.
