Video about the importance of the mind in acceptism

Pt.1 Proto-axiomatic Acceptism http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=vwwwPGhVSZk
Pt.2 Acceptism and Language http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=pnG3iF--MuQ
Pt.3 Acceptism and Metaphysics http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=53X3_O3zK6spt.4
Pt.4 Acceptism and Epistemology http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=lP79hTK0G34

In this video, I talk about the link between Azrienoch's acceptism and the mind, much less because Azrienoch does talk about it than because acceptism implies or require a mind to be meaningful: accepting is a mental activity. Obviously, acceptism's goal is not at all to be meaningful and whether mind is a real ground changes nothing.

More interesting and relevant aspects of The Perpetual Wound to come.

  • The dualism implicit in the book is one of those things I disagree with these days. There are so many layers of the mind that dualism is just too simplistic. For example, what private language we DO have isn't part of the rationalized, lingual part of the mind, but it is there and we use it, just not socially. Another great explanation, mak!

  • Thanks Az, it's nice to know that what I think you wrote fits with what you think you wrote.

I look forward to see if you solve that in your next book.
