man breakin a bat is no joke relies all on your conditioning, i tried one 6 months ago and i had a big ol egg on my shin, after a couple months of mma and kick boxing training im gunna give it another try

This was great i have broke one bat and i am attempting two on may 5th infront a croud of over 1000 people and i am so nervous the only thing different is i think we are bulding a stand to hold the bats let me know what you think and how hard it was to break compared to one bat
