Yeah there's no doubt he can probably hit 300bpm. I too can go about 240 and I know Petrucci is approximately 666 times better than me.

@johnaiton I'd say it's probably just that most metronomes go barely past 200 (maybe 240 BPM at best).Let's face it,he was going to have to fail intentionally anyway.
