Final Fantasy Versus XIII, is different from Final Fantasy XIII but with some basic facts that are the same, I believe same time period.

The Protagonist with change color eyes is named Nokutisu Rushisu Cheramu (ノクティス・ルシス・チェラム) in English it is Noctis Lucis Caelum is the main character of this short video. It's said that his hair and eyes will change color when in battle, and he uses swords, spears, and lances to both attack and defense from his enemies. He can control those weapons through a force of the Crystal.

It took me a long time to put this video together, you would think it's just adding the music (neomax by dm ashura) but I actually had to time the music to make it exciting!
