TW3TBE Contest Entry - "Devour"

So, this is--as clearly stated in the title--my entry for the art contest being held by The White Wolf with the Blue Eyes creator SumikoOneeSan. :)

Here's the lowdown: I entitled it Devour because I feel that is what Wolfen feels is happening to his world under the threat of the virus: it's being devoured. Alpha is in the front, as Wolfen still relies on him and sees him as the leader even after his death. Wolfen looks sheepish and nervous for this reason. Alpha doesn't lie between him the the virus anymore (the virus symbolized in the infected wolf) so he's skittish about it. The infection is raging and running rampant, and it can only be controlled by humans. ("There are those who know many things about events... Against the horizon and into the distance they make their home. Towering above, they hold the intelligence, knowledge, and wisdom.") So the human is depicted restraining the infected wolf, symbolizing the humans' ability to contain the rabies and protect the wolves.

Hope my explanation made sense! I'm tired. XD
