全国ブロガー協会の前身は山梨県ブロガー協会です。
山梨県ブロガー協会は平成９年に甲府市にある山梨学院大学法学部法律学科の上條ゼミ（民法）へ集った新田を中心とした学生の集まりが創設しました。
