MASTER INAYAT HUSSAIN: Master Inayat Hussain was a legendry music director in Pakistani films. He composed many ever green and unforgettable film songs in almost four decades long film career.
His first composition was in a Lahore based Punjabi film Kamli before partition in 1946. After independence he was music director in film Hachkolay (1949) but the breakthrough came in the next year with a super hit Punjabi song "suhe choorhe waliye.." sung by Inayat Hussain Bhatti in film Shammi. He became popular in the whole subcontinent after his memorable composition of film Gumnam's song "Payel mein geet hayn chham chham ke...". (singer Iqbal Bano)
Master Inayat Hussain was recognised as a legend after his performance in film Qatil. "Ulfat ki nayi manzil ko chala..." sung by Iqbal Bano was all time greatest classic hit. He also composed three songs in film Annar Kalli - the only partnership with Madam Noor Jehan in her acting/singing period. "Kahan tak suno ge, kahan tak sunaun..." was another classic hit.
He continued his heigh quality work and created some super hit music with Saleem Raza (who was introduced by Master sahib in film Qatil) in films like Azra, Ik tera sahara, Seema, Do rastey and Dil dian lagian. Mala sang her best collection in film Naela (1965) in the composition of Master sahib as well.
Master Inayat Hussain was brother of musician Akhtar Hussain (Patey Khan fame) and Master Abudulla (Malangi and Ziddi fame). He was oncle or Mamu of late musician M. Ashraf.
He composed music in 65 films from 1949-85.
Master sahib died on March 26, 1993.

ABOUT MALA BEGUM
Mala was a top female singer and only the second best to Madam Noorjehan as playback singer in the 1960s. She sang super hit songs in many Pakistani Urdu and Punjabi movies. Prominent musician G.A. Chishti introduced her in a Punjabi film Aabroo in 1961. Her first Urdu film was Suraj Mukhi but she got breakthrough from film Mehboob in 1962 with this super hit song:

Sapno mein urri urri jaun..

Mala was on top of her singing career from 1965-71. She was born on November 9, 1939 in Faisalabad. Her real name was Naseem Begum and she was younger sister of Pakistan's first female music director Shamim Nazli. She died on March 6, 1990 at Lahore.

ABOUT FARIHA PERVEZ
Born on 2nd February, an aquarian born, Fariha Pervez describes herself as an "extremely humble, too simple and very easy going." Fariha Pervez has a family background of talented people such as Talat Siddique, Rehana Siddique, Naheed Siddique and Arifa Siddique. Fariha inherited this passion for singing from her father who wanted to become a singer but his family opposed.
Though Fariha aspired a degree in Psycology, fate had singing as a career choice for her otherwise.Fariha names her cousin Arifa Siddique and Asha Bhosle as her inspiration.
Fariha Pervez started out by singing jingles and hosting a children's singing show by the name of "Aangan Aangan Taarey." Fariha Pervez also did acting but she soon realized that acting was not her forte.
In 1995, Fariha Pervez joined,"Master Feroze Gill and " Ustad ghulam Hassain Shaggan" belonging to "Gwaliar Gharana".
Fariha Pervez has also sung for quite a few films such as,"Cheif Sahab, Salaib, Ghoonghat, Sangam, and Mosa Khan" etc.
While singing jingles, Fariha met Sattar Khan who succord Fariha to release her debut album," Nice & Naughty" in 1996 which became a massive hit.Patang Baaz Sajna is actually one of the tracks featured in Fariha's debut album with the creative mind of Sattar Khan behind the musical endeavor.
After the success of Patang Baaz Sajna, there was no looking back.Since then Fariha Pervez has released six albums so far and her 7th album is expected to release early or in the middle of this year.
Fariha Pervez is a big fan of Sajjad Ali, Mehnaz and Nayyara Noor.
As being the only daughter of her parents among her two brothers, Fariha likes to spend her free time with her family.
