I like reverse bassline and what you did with the vocals, the melo is pretty cool aswell, but you need to increase the ammount of high frequencies in the lead to give it more power and make it a bit brighter, and the bassline in the climax is just horrible. :P ALOT of distortion and equalising should improve that greatly (try using camel phat's tube distortion, you will need to use 3 or so camel phats and equalise it in between every step). It won't make it perfect but should be much better :)
