@lablask For the record, I'm an agnostic New Orleanian (who knows something about floods, by the way) and I'm currently a starving University student; I have no affiliation with CRS. I also have no interest in getting into an internet flamewar. I agree that intelligent and flexible institutions generally turn out better work than, say, FEMA. Good night, Sir or Madam.
